Freshness does a lot for the taste of food and Soul Daneshvar is looking to serve the freshest foods to those who will be his new customers with the Gate City Restaurant and Bar opening.  Soul Daneshvar has been in the restaurant business for years and was looking for his newest opportunity. 

Soul Danseshvar has been doing a lot of work to the interior of the building. He has added and removed some walls. He wanted to open the space a little more and brighten it up. 

 The central dining room that has all the booths will feature artwork in each booth. Soul is offering local artists this space where their artwork will be for sale as well.

As for the food, he said they have added a bakery and will be baking all its bread and desserts fresh in-house.

Along with bread and buns, the fresh desserts will include cheesecakes, tiramisu, layer cakes and more.

The restaurant is going to feature a large buffet on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as a Sunday brunch buffet.

There’s also a soup station and large salad bar.

Soul Daneshvar said people may not see a lot of him when coming to the restaurant because he will be in the kitchen cooking.  Welcome to Gate City Restaurant.
